Emoji Island 100% Happy Return Policy

• If you're not 100% happy with any Emoji Island product, you can send it back within 30 days of receiving it.
• Products must be sent back unworn and unwashed, in the condition they arrived.
• The item cost (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded once received.
• Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are received instantly.
  
  

Product Returns 

• To return any product, email support@emojiisland.com to request a Return Authorization Form. Your refund will not be processed without this form.
• Return shipping fees are not provided.
• We recommend using a registered mail service with tracking to ensure delivery as we are not liable for lost items in the mail.
  
  

Defective Products

• We will replace any item that arrives defective. Please email us at support@emojiisland.com and we'll help you out as soon as possible!
